Ouray County Railroad Days

September 21-22, 2024

Ridgway, Colorado

A weekend of  RGS Goose rides celebrating Ouray County's world-famous railroad heritage! The museum is now located at 200 N. Railroad Street which contains displays, a half-mile loop track and equipment under a train shed.

  Saturday Sept 21, 2024, 1:00 pm.
Jim Pettengill will lead a Ouray Branch auto tour on Saturday, leaving at 1 pm from the railyard.

Saturday Sept 21, 2024 and Sunday Sept 22, 2024
Ridgway Railroad Museum will be open 9:00 to 5:00 each day with free rides on Galloping Goose No. 4 and RGS Motor No. 1. Also, our replica of W. D. Lee's Model T inspection car and a track gang pop car will be running as displays only without passengers.
